I recently acquired a Jokerz project machine with an MPU from Earthshaker installed in it. I read somewhere about Jokerz using a different set of jumpers on the MPU board. Can someone provide some pictures of their Jokerz MPU.

I verified all voltages to be correct but I cannot get the MPU to boot. The (3) LED's stay lit solid. I do get (2) faint beeps on (attempted) startup.

Looking for a little direction, specifically related to the jumpers:
Jokerz, 1/89, #567. This game only used a special stereo sound board D-12338 with different sound board power requirements and cabling. Also CPU board jumpers W1,W2,W4,W5,W7,W8,W11,W14,W16,W17,W19 must be installed.

I doubt the jumpers have anything to do with your problem. The jumpers are supposedly the same for both ES and Jokerz, at least according to the manual:
