Check the blue/yellow wire on j-12 pin 4 of the aux power supply for power.

That's what happens when you believe the manual. So what color wire is on the flipper coil?
Ok you have a white/yellow wire with 77 volts at the aux power supply, the white/yellow on the coil is dead. The only thing in between is the inner connect board. You need to remove the board and look on the back for a burnt trace between j5 and j8.
