The switch tabs on my left flipper have a cap across them, but the one on the right flipper switch tabs is missing. Can someone please provide the spec on this cap? (The one remaining is illegible.) I wondering if they're really even needed since the right flipper seems to work just fine?

They're there to prevent arcing which damages the contacts over time, making the flippers weaker. The flipper will still function without them, but it's best practice to have them.

I think it's a "Capacitor, Ceramic Disc, 0.1uF, 500V" per Great Plains Electronics

Now I’m thinking maybe I should install these on all my EMs?

I don't think it'll work with AC voltage. There's also a voltage level quesiton... These weren't added until williams moved to 50V flippers. Not sure if they help as much on 25V
