Just got in a WMS Jokerz -- my first SS machine -- which makes me a digital newbie. Seems to play fine as far as I can tell except one mechanical issue on mutliball: 2 balls can get trapped together in the draw poker saucer and there's not enough force to kick both of them out. The kicker keeps recycling every few seconds to no avail. I have to slide back the top glass and manually push them out. (One ball at a time in the saucer does kick out OK.) I noticed holes in the saucer tray -- looks like it may be missing hardware or a fixture, but I haven't found any other pics of this area for comparison. I've posted before/after pics of mine. Would appreciate anyone who can shed light on this. Thanks!

Good question. I'll check that. Thanks.

It is the correct coil.

Update: I replaced the coil sleeve, cleaned all the linkage parts and shimmed the coil bracket base to give the plunger an extra 1/16” travel in order to lift the kicker tip 1/16” higher on its stroke. None of these measures had any effect on kicking out both balls from the saucer tray.
