I recently bought a Jokerz Pinball Machine and found a lose ball in the upper right hand corner. Does anybody know if Jokerz has a captive ball? I checked the manual but wasn't able to find anything.

No it doesn't.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have another question, my lower GIs on my backbox are not working, what should I check first?

There will most likely be burnt connectors on the power board. Have a look (with the power off if you are a noob) and look for any connectors going onto the PCBs that look brown instead of white.

You are in luck in that there is a ton of info available on how to fix it. Check out arcadeuk on YouTube.
