Just started doing this, when I turn on joker poker the game goes right to TILT. Any Ideas on this problem?

EM or SS version?
If it's solid state,I would "guess" it's a driver transistor that controls the tilt relay.
Gottlieb kept mechanical relays in their games for years and I'm pretty sure one of them is the tilt relay.
Check your schematic if you have one,or see if you can find the relay under the playfield and see if it's either pulled in,or not.Should be pulled in.( I think)
If it's em then it's most likely a closed tilt switch that should be open
