When it hits the upper Cape Fear tomorrow/Tuesday the flood waters will roll South again killing Fayetteville and Wilmington.
Very thankful the killer wind died down a little.
Rescue crews came from Texas,Missouri, Louisiana (Cajun Navy), several official FEMA jon boat crews, even search and rescue from California. These guys have been pulling people out for 3 days, cutting trees, you name it.

Indiana has also sent army guard helicopters out there to help
