    Usually happens when this ribbon cable is plugged in one row off, especially at the (top left) fliptronics board.

    Make sure you look as you unplug each one.

    Did you reseat all 4 connectors on the ribbon cable?

    I think I would also press on all the socketed ICs on the MPU board as well. You will hear a lot of crunching as you press them.

    Ok. Then you need to remove all the ribbon cables and connectors, except J210, to the CPU board to see if will boot.
