I’m trying to get my glove working properly and looking for a little help. When I go into hand test I can move the glove smoothly on both axises. I don’t think there’s anything wrong mechanically. if I go into X motion direction or X motor enable nothing happens. I can hear a clicking in X motion From under the playfield in x motion direction. When I start a game and hit the ball into the up kicker the glove does not move back to receive the ball.
Does anybody possibly sell the original metal opto wheel? The nylon one from Marco does not tighten on the motor shaft well. It pushes the metal piece out from the fly wheel while tightening the inset screw.
I got my glove working properly. My problem was one of the optos did not work so I replaced it. One of those not working can really cause issues.
Quoted from cricrow:Thank you, I did read that and I did try it, to no avail.
I was thinking it was a motor issue, but yesterday my friend got it to move a little
It’s probably one of the optos that the opto wheel passes through. Make sure you can physically spin each wheel with your hand and then it’s not caught up somewhere. then go into switch test mode and see if both Optos on each axis is registering
It looks great, that’s an insane amount of work to get done in 8 1/2 hours. That would’ve taken me a whole weekend
I installed these decals I purchased from rvermeire I think it came out really good, it looks a lot better than it did. here’s a few before and after pics

I did use some stern metal protectors when I initially did the decals.
My cabinet was in rough shape. It had a crack on one side on the top layer of the wood so I spackled it to flatten it down. It was also paint smeared on the cabinet. I also did some scraping where the previous decals were wrinkled. I filled in a few things here and there as well. Any tiny little divots will show after you put the decals on so it’s important to get everything smooth. I used the wet method and did them by myself. it wasn’t that hard to line up because you could move the decal. It only took about one hour. The lettering lines up almost perfect.
On my machine, when the glove has a ball in it and travels over another ball in the matrix, the ball in the magnet will slightly hit the other ball in the matrix. Is there an adjustment fix for this?
