Johnny mnemonic hands issue

Hey everyone, I have a JM pinball. The hands worked when first bought but started to work intermittently and now not at all but in test mode they work perfect. It's just in gameplay they don't. Any ideas??? Thanks!

Moved to Technical Help.

Try cleaning the flipper button switches with qtips and rubbing alcohol. Game off of course.
