It's been a while but John's arcade is back .
He's done a great video on western mass pinball club .
It would be great to hear from any of the guys involved .
John's arcade is one of my favourite YouTube channels , great to see him back .

If I've missed any good channels in the pole be sure to mention them , and I'll add them later .

Yes enjoyed him and glad he’s back. Is he on here?

I have a standout top 3 YouTube channels . STDM, , TNT and John's arcade . It was so hard to choose which one to pick . STDM is great with the chemistry between Zach and Greg and the production value , TNT covers so much and there's so many episodes and John's arcade is really well done and I love his on the road videos , he even goes International . But in the end I thought if I'm on a desert island and had to choose one , I went with TNT just because they have so many to choose from .

I generally like Johns arcade but that walkthrough was kinda lengthy. Im a fan of learning tips and tricks and really enjoy when he is recording a restore.

I wish TNT would show more of the HOW instead of just the WHAT/Final product but I enjoy it. Todd does provide good tips on gotchas for machines. Fun to watch

STDM - I like the reviews but there is a lot of fluff that I could do without. Show hosts are entertaining. Good discussion on strategy and I really enjoy the versus videos.

All 3 are kind of different to me though in terms of content.

All are good, but "Dead Flip" plays the most pinball machines looking at his YouTube & Twitch videos. It would be great if he could explain what you are supposed to do in each mode more often when playing. (If he knows).

I don't know if he is , but it would be great if he said hello .

TNT and Johns Arcade are my favorites. I've got to get caught up with Dead Flip.

    #8 3 years ago

That's why it was so hard for me to choose , they all offer different content .

I don’t think he is, but I’ll ask him when I see him. We extended the invitation if he ever wants to do any future videos at the WMPC, so perhaps we will see more in the future.

John is blkdog7 on here. I don't think that he's ever been that active on here, though.

He’s got a new one out. Nice mix of different repairs on pins and vids.

    #13 3 years ago

Yeah adjusting the NBA Fastbreak switches with the power on was making me clench a lot.

Additionally no John's Arcade thread is complete without:

I'll credit John into getting me into the Video Game hobby and interested in competitive play.

Wish I had more time to watch his show again.

    #15 3 years ago

Watching Johns latest episode now. I enjoy his lengthy unedited style and I’m happy he’s back. I also saw how Arcade Impossible updated their page too.

DeadFlip, that's where I get to see the game in action. Could do without the costumes and conversation and "I love u" crap. The rest do nothing for me.

    #17 3 years ago

His voice drives me nuts, but Johns enthusiasm, knowledge and passion makes it a winner.

    #18 3 years ago

I like TNT Amusements but they don't really go in depth of things. John's Arcade is great for this , board repair and cosmetic/restoration videos.

    " Hey Guys " - I've missed his voice but you're right I love his passion .

HIs videos cover a great range of stuff .
I love his on the road videos , great to see different places in the US and overseas .
Who knew you could buy a boiled egg at a service station .
Currently watching this video of Free Play Massachusetts . I don't think it has anything to do with Free Play arcades in Texas .
Looks like a great setup , pity it's closed due to all of this crap .
The pins start at 1:23 mark.

To my house for an unboxing at some point

    #22 3 years ago

There was talk a few years back that John was going to TNT, unfortunately never happened....

    #23 3 years ago

I really thought he was gonna pop out that popcorn box lol

John coming back was fantastic news! Been a long time watcher of all his stuff. Always found the Gayarge amusing (when this was allowed to me funny ) Hope he sticks around

    #24 3 years ago

    Love his channel.

Wish John would do some Pinball League / Tournament coverage. Think he could really bring something to table.
The Arcade event coverage he did was great.

Wish I had more time for the show.

Still does the Videogame Outsiders podcast every week, don't listen to it but pretty sure he's just gone full gaming computer at this point.

    #28 1 year ago

I wish John would drop a new video sometime..
I do know he is still doing the game pod cast.

    #29 1 year ago

Yup, been a bit. Was actually wondering not too long ago if he was still in the hobby or had moved on.

    #30 1 year ago

I’m a big fan of Johns YouTube channel. I hope he picks it back up again.

    #32 1 year ago

Yea I’ve tried listening to this podcast but they just annoy me lol. I used to like the Arcade Outsiders.
