Anyone have a post on how to adjust the hand so that it works properly?

Mine makes noise, so it there any oil or maintenance I need to do?

Plus, my hand takes ball all the way to the right but doesn't drop into inserts, it hits the metal piece just before the red circle inserts then drops into playfield.

Tried a hand test, but says "failed"

Any ideas - Thx

It is noisy for sure. You can clean the old grease off with a solvent and apply new grease. I'd recommends using teflon based gel lube like the "super lube".

Hand test failing means it is not getting the expected results from the switches. From memory there is a couple limit switches and then a wheel that spins past an opto that counts rotations for each direction. By watching the hand test go, you should be able to tell what opto is not working. It will count its position on the x y axis and then show you the limit (or home) switch is closing / opening.
