Absolutely. Every dollar spent in a game is considered. Listen to the last Head 2 Head podcast where they interviewed Keith Johnson. Gary Stern was concerned over a toy Balrog that was $50. He said if he has a toy that costs $50 it must come out every game.
So saying $50 is not a big deal is not accurate.
