The spinner doesn't appear to affect the ball very much at all. The spinners on the old Bally's were rubberized with ridges to catch the ball. For anyone buying this game I would suggest never waxing the disk...
The screen graphics are definitely the best yet for JJP and I really like the left outlane/flipper lane configuration copied from Fathom. I assume that was done on purpose with both being nautical themes? The rocking ship is definitely a cool toy and my favorite part when I got to play it last fall.
