Let's see Gary Stern do that! LOL
Great news to wake up to .everyone in Australia is really excited about it. there is talk about making it and national holiday jjp day.
Wait a second...that cartwheel seems similar to the DI cartwheel, how can we be sure they didn't dub new audio over the old clip?
That might happen as he gets older but he still has some piss & vinegar in him and many more titles to come!

Haha...
I distinctly heard the woman with the camera say ‘pirates’.

Sounded like Jen.

Yep that sounded like Jersey Jen.
Way to go Jack! Happy for the entire JJP crew. Today marks the easiest day of the year for tech support. I'm looking at you Lloyd. . Time to take a tropical vacation. Report back in 10 days.

I just saw the JJP cartwheel thread, I can now verify that this latest cartwheel is legit:

We're going to now need to see some unboxing pics to show up and pics of the LE topper on and running. Hopefully you guys like a few of the small little changes that are different than what you saw on the prototype pin (besides just the 3 disk change). Jack was hoping that the first few people that get their pins would have a few little things to oooo and awwwe about as a surprise difference (good little ones from what I saw).

Do you mean the CE topper, ship in a bottle ?

The CE one will be fantastic, but the LE is suppose to have a less extravagant topper too. Just wondering what it will look like when it is lit up on the machine. Any lighting affects? They show it on their website.
Just got our shipping info! Ours is leaving the Philly terminal now. On it's way to Helicon Brewing in Pittsburgh!
ABEL Electronics rocks!!
Quoted from whitey:What’s the expectations on CE ?
Have deposit on one ?
I believe they have stated from the beginning and done so with Every 3 line product that the CE will be the last run after the standard and LE. Thats not a time frame but I suspect you will see hundreds of unboxing pics before you see a CE. Could be wrong but I think thats how they usually do it.
i am so excited to see this! It was the motivation I needed to plunk down a deposit just now. Go JJP!!!

Quoted from Psw757:Your killing me..it’s beautiful.. closeups?
This was taken by our tech to confirm it's all good. We have an unboxing video I will get up and I'm in route to Helicon now so I will take a bunch of pics for ya! Sorry for the delay. I've been told it's been played nonstop so no opportunities to get a pic from people at the brewery.
Quoted from jcoble:At the risk of becoming the Pirates topper guy too, where is the topper?
There is no topper on standards which is what they are making now.
Quoted from Yelobird:There is no topper on standards which is what they are making now.
The LE has the black trim. Standard has stainless.

That is an LE, I see ‘Tortuga Tom’ on the pop bumper, external headphone jack, the Devil’s Triangle plastic, and a starfield. The standard does not have those.
EDIT: the other give away is that the box has POTC LE written on it.
Am I reading that right? That is game #241?

Oops my apologies assumed the pics showed Standards flowing. Hope that includes many LEs.
I think I see a plaque on it which says ‘limited edition’....not trying to hammer that, sorry...
I’m just intrigued the plaque on the backbox says #541, doesn’t it?
Game number does not equal production number.
This is definitely a limited edition
Powder coat
Head phone jack
Rgb gi
Constellation map
Pirate pop bumper
Numbered plaque
Cave sculpture on malestorm ramp
These are all le features.

My first game in the wild was delivered to a brewery? That is absolutely fantastic! Seems customary that the game designer should get a growler of the local IPA (or IIPA, imperial stout? sour?) I am a huge craft beer nerd, as well as pinball nerd. Let me know if you need my address!

Maybe a rum cask IPA

Great to hear you are a craft beer lover! We are finding there is lots of overlap with the pinball and craft beer crowds.
Anyway, this game is stunning and folks are absolutely loving it. I am so happy to have it. If you email me an address I will send a care package expressing my thanks. [email protected]
Thanks again and please keep up the great work,

Email an address! I really appreciate everything from everyone and am looking for ways to express my gratitude.
Cheers,

Had to cancel my CE.
Congrats on shipping though. I’ll wait until next yr to decide if I will go back in on CE after they show topper, final art, etc

I didn't see a topper with this. I think we were supposed to get one?

The game is very cool with features I've never played before. I talked to Eric in length at Texas and he, along with my distributor made this an easy purchase for me. We actually bought 4 for my route. I'm thrilled to support a great group of guys.
Hope you come back to this game Ice. It is unlike any other game in my collection.
