Just to be clear:
Jersey Jack Pinball has an Official Stance of 100% not supporting prototypes.
It sucks proto games were sold undisclosed. If that info was disclosed, then it really needs to be buyer beware.
Starting with Wonka, I think, we have designated games as prototypes in the security dongle. This will add a "-P" to the displayed version number. Prototypes were supposed to be returned to JJP, but obviously that doesn't happen a lot. The price you pay for keeping a proto is that we will never help you with it.
At least with Wonka and anything after, you can, as an educated consumer, be on the lookout for a P in the version number (on loading screen and in diag) and use that to determine if you want the game or not.
