The TS4 CE is far from being “sold out”. Distributors are going through their lists….many have passed and been offered a spot more than once. It’s still early on the release so anything can happen on demand for the CE but it looks like flippers are trying to unload these quickly while there is a bunch of hype as there are 5 for sale in the marketplace right now. Doesn’t look like many are biting at the scalper prices at the moment.

GnR was completely different…no spots upon release and it took a couple days before you really saw scalper prices north of 20K being listed….and some were selling at those prices quickly.

Would you prefer the Cargument….again?

There are some breweries that have learned to cater to “families” and have a restaurant/food and schedule entertainment/events/ and games….not all breweries are just a tour and a drink.

So yes when they have family themed events/activities scheduled they can be a place for a family to go.

I have said this for a long time. JJP has set out to cut out the flippers from the get go. They saw the value of certain used games increase above new games. They have been aggressive in their pricing from the beginning. Stern was more conservative but have followed suit as they understand the manufacturers should control pricing…not the flippers/secondary market of new games.

The truth is 50% of the LE’s or CE’s are really wanted by the true collector market….the last few years have been capitalized on by the flipper market.

Now time will tell if the collectors/dream theme buyers will be able to get in on the action as it should be. If Jaws or BTTF dropped tomorrow how many are gonna be in at $15K…sight unseen…. Probably not enough to sell out day one. If they do then we still have not reached the ceiling of pricing. That’s the honest truth. You can’t blame the manufacturers for raising the prices if people are willing to pay them.
