Quoted from explosiveegg:

I just listened to the video and I didn't hear him say it would be announced in a couple weeks.
At one point around 13 minutes in he said that it 'maybe' revealed in a few weeks and near the end of the video he said it would be revealed in the coming weeks.
I would not hold my breath on it being two weeks out.

He said next one coming in a few weeks.. (a couple sounds closer. A few could even be months)

Quoted from DaddyManD:

Just want to say I feel grateful to live in an era to have multiple companies making awesome titles that drop every few months and to be in the financial position to afford them. Then trade them with fellow pinheads. It's a magical time to be in this hobby.
I asked my distro (the best in the world if you're reading this Joe! ) 2 years ago to put me on day 1 CE list and still hopeful to get one. It will be a keeper to sit alongside my beautiful Lawlor WW CE.

This kind of positivity isn’t appropriate for pinside

But hell yeh man- I’m diggin the magic!! JJP is 7 for 7 IMO. TS gonna be fantastic in its own way.

4 pops?
[quoted image]

I kinda like the trend towards less pops on playfields. Less Realestate eaten up (even one if placed well get deliver random and chaos that pinball needs). Surprised if they go to 4.
For diversity why not go to playfield sections that rotate (like The machine or something but flush with rest of playfield). So you’d have 3 pops on pf but in certain modes it flips to make spinners or idk what else. It seems a natural jump in combining tech from mando, zep, GZ etc

Prediction- what I just described already exists and someone will be super happy to point it out

Quoted from JDHHoover:

This open area may be an upper playfield on top left. I do not see a hole for wires though, but several t-nuts holding something on the top.
[quoted image]

What other structures would not need wires- ramps without diverters? Trying to picture other bottom of playfields like WW

Quoted from Skyemont:

Has anyone heard of the new prices? I am hearing the LE's are now 12k and the CE's are now 15k. I just can't spend this much on a pinball during these times.

That seems to be the speculation range over last 20 pages. (And no SEs). I think 10-12 and 13-15k seems safe bet

Quoted from jackd104:

Steve is a designer, not a psychic. At the time things were indeed grim for pinball. When something has been your job, you don’t have the fortune to have the same untarnished enthusiasm for your work as fans of the work do. There is a part of you that does, but also a part that has been through the wringer and is somewhat jaded. I wouldn’t be angry or take it as an insult myself that he said that one day years ago.

I’m way behind on these posts but yeh, if everyone on pinside had their life comments quoted at intervals into the future, I think maybe 20% would age well.

Let us not forget the widest of the wide bodies..... Space Invaders.

Atari Hercules would like to ask for a word outside…

Ordered. 48 seconds flat. Not my best work

4 mins CEs gone and I'm a proud owner
While we love TS 1-3, TS4 was great. We saw it on vacation in Yellowstone in IMAX and it reminds us of a roadtrip just like in the movie.
The game looks great and I'm excited. WW CE is a beauty and my wife's fave. She says this will be new #1 and so in pinball world that makes me a happy man!

Thats funny I also saw this on vacation… in Quebec with fam, in French (the voices were epically terrible but still a great experience). This will be great nostalgia for the kids once CE arrives!

Quoted from Doctor6:

I may get moderated for this one... but here it goes:
Look. We've all been around a long time. We can usually spot a good game before we play it and a bad game before we play it. Like, if somebody showed you gay porn and you were like, "no thank you, that looks terrible to me," and somebody said "well, you really have to try it first..." would you? There are certain things you can just tell you would hate without actually doing it.

Moderated on not, this comment is unnecessary amongst other things

Quoted from Reznnate:

Those comments are ridiculous. The current code is fantastic and feels like a well-tuned Bally Williams game with more depth and greater variety of stuff to do. I happen to think the default (normal) difficulty is just about perfect. The .01% of players who feel they are "too good" can INCREASE THE DIFFICULTY. The 'factory' difficulty settings exist precisely for this reason. Complaining about default settings IN YOUR HOME is goofy.

It’s a really really good game. Some great shots, broad and semi deep code (at basically 1.0 at release even if things could evolve/grow), great theme (for many not all), great approachability, solid theme integration, great light show/presentation (topper very well done), … ok so hard to ignore price but if you judge without price then it’s honestly a stretch to attack this pin.
