I don’t know what the problem is but until JJP convinces me the playfield problems are behind them I’m not going to buy NIB from them. And that pains me to say because I’ve been waiting for a Lawlor designed Toy Story for years.
How many PSA announcements have you seen from Any pinball manufacturer? I look forward to what ever JJP creates.

Not sure I follow your story. I didn’t loose a single dollar nor had any concern. Got my money back in full and bought a CCLe.
