I would laugh so hard if the next JJP is not Toy Story

Quoted from LTG:On Facebook jack and jen are by the sign and the post reads ten years ago they brought forth WOZ. And game #7 to be announced soon.
LTG : )
Disclaimer : They removed my post about them bringing me on board 9 years ago for tech support and if they are coming to my 50th anniversary party.
That is not soon enough lol
Quoted from paynemic:Ok, from my distro who I won’t name, but it’s a major one. I made the list for a ce. I got on many months ago.
CEs and LEs on the two lines simultaneously right now. 4 weeks to be in stock. CE at $15000. I think that’s all the info I got.
Thats crazy 15k and people are lining up sight unseen for it. I could never do that. I was excited when Rush was announced. Thought about putting money down. Put it down a deposit for another game "Deadpool" distributor said, that I can switch if I wanted its no problem. A local place for a Rush and I played it and I am so happy I didnt get a Rush.
Quoted from ticktockman:Gas is high but nowhere near as times in the past, relative to purchasing power:
"Gasoline cost $1.25 a gallon back in 1980, but the average worker was only making $6.75 an hour. It took the typical worker about 11 minutes to earn enough to buy a gallon of gas. Now with gas costing $4.17 a gallon, it takes a typical worker making $26.94 an hour just over nine minutes to earn enough to buy a gallon."

Also, cars are a lot more efficient these days (my car gets over 60 miles a gallon; my wife's over 90), so relative to everything people
are not even as affected by gas as they were in 2008.
No car gets over 90 mpg. No car gets over 60. Why not just say you get over 120mpg
This is alot of money to plop down on a game before even seeing it
Quoted from snaroff:No doubt it's hard to lose much money on most NIB games produced by Stern/JJP! The only NIB game that people (including me) have been burned on is Spooky's latest release.
As you know, I only buy games to play...so the idea of buying/flipping/investing in games doesn't resonate with me.
People paying up for GZ Premiums (10-12k) are likely to get burned. Stern will continue pumping them out and the "gotta have it" Premium will diminish. I want the game, but will wait for one at MSRP. Not in a rush...have plenty to play.
I just hope they start to retire some games. They already did it with Stranger things. Now hopefully Star Wars, GOG, Iron Maiden, Deadpool and JP. That would free up space. That was they can focus on the their next machines and get everything out. Also parts for broken machines. My local pin bar I go to, he has been waiting on parts for Stranger Things and Elvira for months.
Quoted from PanzerFreak:How are CE's sold out with this so called huge recession incoming?! That's impossible!
My local shop doesnt even have them listed yet. They wont open the gates for orders until tomorrow, when its official.
Custom callouts on the CEs? I can see toys or functions but not callouts. They could of used the first 2 movies and it would of had a bigger reception than the 4th. Forky was an awful character. This is Toy Story. Where is Rex, Hamm, Potato Head, Slinky Dog, The Army men and all of important the Aliens. Why did they leave all of these main characters out. Just to put in random characters from the 4th movie no once cares about. This just shows JJP is so out of touch. They are giving us what they think we want, instead of actually giving us what we want. T
