As a counter example, Tony Hawk can do Indy 540s all day, without fail. If you only watched him, you'd assume they're easy, because they're easy for him, but 99% of other skaters can't land those at all. If someone is very good at something, everything they do looks easy...
A better test for whether something is easy is how easy average players find it and if you're trying to figure out how easy it would be for you, then the best test would be watching players of a similar skill level to you play it.
