Quoted from LTG:

When they contact jjp and get ignored. On the various forums when they ask for help and don't get help, or many hours later, or the wrong help that doesn't fix their issue.

I'm hoping to help change this.

Quoted from Adaminski:

Not related to Toy Story....
One used to be able to access all of the older JJP pinball machine marketing and comparison info, flyers, etc. Now, under Games they list "Archived Games" and there are no links. Under FAQ you can find manuals, unboxing, dimensions, but the info is much harder to sort through.
Is this very recent? Temporary? I loved having the access to the original game info for comparison, lookups, etc.

I could probably find some info for you if you tell me specifically what you're looking for.

I saw him come in and sign a bunch of backglasses.

There's a mode that makes the ball look like it's rolling backwards.
And a zombie mode.
And one where the top of the ball catches on fire.

Quoted from Ballderdash:

Should’ve been an Etch-a-Sketch.

Etch-A-Sketch is not a Disney-owned property. It is owned by Rose Art.
To use Etch-A-Sketch would require Disney to relicense it from Rose Art, then sell that license to us.
