Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory (LE)
Jersey Jack, 2019Our brand new JJP Willy Wonka playfield lights all went out. I registered, filled out their online support form and will call them tomorrow (12/30/19).
I will post the results. If no luck, I will call the dealer. (FUN Billiards, Mexquite)
My wife got to enjoy her new game for 5 days. Great game! tons of fun!

Have you checked under the playfield, LEDs on, on B.A.G. Board and HUB Board ? Reseat main connectors to those boards ( not all the ethernet cables on the HUB board ) snooped around in the back box, power supply and I/O board, for any connector off or loose ?

We own a Wizard of Oz and I forgot the playfield tips all the way vertical. I was able to find a mini (not micro) USB cable to a vertical LED board that was loose..damn near all the way off.
One too many wonkavator multiballs!
Works good! back in business. I guess no need to call JJP tomorrow!
You the man LTG! Might be rethinking purchasing a wonka if they got the playfield issues sorted out.
