As a potential JJP Toy Story customer, I've been following the playfield issues closely, but it's hard to know if the issues are those of a vocal minority or part of a larger problem. In order to better understand the extents of the problem, I've started data collection polls for the CE and LE levels in separate threads. I've kept the poll to their last three games, POTC, Wonka and GNR, as they seem to be the ones with the most issues.

This is data collection only, not for discussion, there are other threads for that. This is intended to inform Pinside, future customers and JJP as well. The data collected will only be of value if polls are accurate, honest, and include as many owners (past and present) as possible.

Please refrain from debating if the poll is of value or not, "it's not just JJP", "not another discussion" comments, etc.
