From watching Eric and the boys and the Buffalo guys play this I’m super interested but at $15,000 AUD I’m super not interested... Hopefully I know someone who is getting one so I can play it!

Quoted from screaminr:The back box came up really well .
The AUD has dropped over 10 cents since I ordered mine so they're not going to get cheaper anytime soon.
I’m pretty sure you’ll be paying the $15000 unless you paid in full. Not sure... let me know what you think
Quoted from screaminr:I can only fit a hand full of pins in my house so I'm going all in for the CE at over $19k. Had to sell a couple of pins to do it but pirates has a couple of pins worth of features so I think it'll be worth it ,if not I can always sell it that's the good thing about this hobby. It would be good to see some progress pictures of it, but I've waited this long so what's a bit more.
P5 I hope you sold your hobbit.
Yeah sold the hobbit took a bit of fenangling but I got there hope you're enjoying yours. Wow a CE at $20k or there abouts hope you love it. What did you end up selling?
Quoted from screaminr:Great to see you stuck it out and finally got it , now the fun begins.
You need to move to Sydney so I can play your game...
Quoted from heni1977:Yep my legs are still burning from getting down the stairs!!!
Doesn’t mean you can skip leg day at the gym! Get at it!
Quoted from Energyspike:The tortuga VUK is very inconsistent as it sometimes it shoots it the right flipper and next time a strong shot to the left flipper. I cranked up the coil setting to 30 with those results and had it down to 8 which gave a better consistent weak shot to the right flipper. Anyone having the same issue. Also, looks like a protector is needed for the Tortuga hole.....

That’s a fair amount of wear how many games?
Quoted from DANGERTERROR:Yes. Here are some wear spots from our SE on location.[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]
Wow and people talk about the wear on stern machines!!
Quoted from pickleric:While I love the game, it does give you the feeling that that these are not considered a premium product.
Hence my hesitation to fork out $15k AUD for this! And not to mention the wear I’m seeing on a few machines throughout this thread. It’s kind of scary

In saying this though I still want one!! It looks like a fun game!
Quoted from VillaThrills:Everyone has seen my issues and I am not minimizing those concerns in the least...however I can say without reservation, this is my favorite pinball machine ever. I really look forward to Eric’s next machine as this one is a masterpiece IMHO. I can’t wait for the next reveal.
And that’s where the problem for me is (I’m trying to see your posts in here) $15k AUD is Houdini plus something or deadpool pro plus whitewater. The problem factor, the topper not being centred (that’s so simple but seriously how do you stuff that up), wear etc etc adds up to hmmm
