I love POTC, it's one of my top two favorite games but I decide to part ways with it. A $9,500 NIB game that is now going for $20K+ leaves a lot of room for it to increase or decrease in value IMO.
We really like our LE and have no plans to sell it but the wife and I have an agreement if it hits 30k it’s out the door. We have put a lot into the game as far as mods go so it would be bittersweet but for that much money we could do a lot with it.
Otherwise it stays for now.

Good to hear. I look forward to getting my CE which I was originally told was suppose to be here this week but now it looks like that is not happening.
Oh well... I'm in not hurry for mine. Picking up a Foo Fighters and Jurassic Park Premium tomorrow to hold me over. Also looking at a Hobbit early next week.

I loved my LE! Incredible game and hands down in my top 2 games of all time! However... I am picking up a NIB Foo Fighters and Jurassic Park Premium tomorrow with money left over for a Hobbit next week. shrug

Exactly. If I had room for more games I would most likely be looking to do the same. As much as we love the game I think we would actually rather have more games in place of it. Right now doesn’t matter as we are full at 6 and quite happy with our lineup.

A friend of mine has a ton of EMs and early solid state games and most of them are in storage. Several times when I have bought a newer game, he would comment that I was crazy because I could have bought a dozen older games for the same $. I told him that game preferences aside, I wouldn't know where the heck to put a dozen more games! Space ultimately becomes the biggest hurdle for anyone who has been in this hobby long enough.

POTC is good, it's really good but it's not like other games IMO. The modes suck, including the wizard modes but the sheer mechanics in the game are insane! The game is heavy on mulitiballs but no one ever seems to complain, probably because so few people own it. I honestly think if more people did, you would here more people commenting about it. The heavy mulitballs didn't bother me a bit. The game has tons of shots and stacking everything just right is just fun!
Honestly... Even with the final wizard mode in the game, it would not make it any better or worst than it already is.
I think some of the main complaints I had about mine was it needed a lot of attention to keep it running and it ran dirty.
If I had paid $9,500 or close to it, I would have ever sold it.

Ok so it s definatly strange... i boot up the game, all the light work as usual, but as soon as i start a game, those light stop working... so that look like it s software based...

no the bug appear if i select a character, if i launch the ball directly without pressing the button to select a character everything work, if i select a character it bug out.
It will then bug out anyway on ball two or at player two

The key post on telegram I mean.
Join telegram and fund Keith Johnson or joe Katz and ask to join the beta group. Once on the jjp telegram beta group the beta link is a key post there.

It s not the beta, i found the issue, it is my flasher that is having an issue. For now i just unplugged the flasher and everything is back to normal

Well if that's the case, it makes me feel better about selling my game with one installed.
It is a very cool mod and really does add a nice look to the game. That Art of Pinball stuff is crazy $$$ to begin with but it is of high quality.

I did the tortuga whole when I first got my game. It wasn’t hard at all. Just have to remove the scoop and take off the pop bumper cap and the post.
