Today I replaced all remaining rubbers with Titans. Of course I was too lazy to remove the flippers before putting on the Titans. Now, the right flipper on the mini pf did not move back afterwards. I decided to remove the mini pf to check it out. It actually was not that hard to remove it. Once you've done it three times it probably will be easy. I found out that when I applied pressure to get the Titan on the flipper, I probably bent the flipper bushing. Now the flipper rubber touched the metal rail it sits on and prevented the flipper from moving freely. I had to bend the metal rail back slightly to allow the flipper to move freely again.
I'm afraid the rail will revert back to its initial position and put pressure on the flipper again. Should I replace the flipper gushing or is there any smart way to do that?
Also, when removing the black pearl I noticed that there is no silicone ring between the motor arm and the assembly behind the backboard as described in an earlier post.
