The typical spots for any pin really:
- Anywhere there is a pop bumper: Tree's, State Fair balloon
- Anywhere there is a drop (from a habitrail, vuk, scoop, etc): in front of the wizard (should already be mylar there from factory)
and as you mentioned, in front of the winkie target.

Early runs of WOZ ECLE's did not mylar the pops, this was later changed. so it is def something worth double checking.
