My Wonka came with instructions to remove the protective film from my 'rad-cal' decals...Seems like removal may be difficult due to buttons, rails etc. Do people do this or just keep it on? Thanks

Well, I pullled some of the protective film off (from the head) and it left behind areas of very sticky residue. Ugh. Should have just left it on. Any suggestions on what will take it off but not hurt the decal?
