$400 More?????
A 200 foot roll of 1.3 mil heavy duty, high gloss laminate is $16, you see it used at every sign shop.

On the next set of decals you buy, take them to the local mom and pop print shop and have them laminated.
They charge $1 per square foot, so you will be out the door for less than $40, and your game will be as shiny as glass.

Sure, you could see something more durable, but then you can't constantly pay for replacement decals.
Check out Heighway Pinball's protected artwork on their games - they even come with alternative artwork you can swap out and back - very innovative system.
