You guys are a piece of work. Or pieces of work. 
Yesterday, it was "Where is my game? Why doesn't Jack come out and give us some info? What's going on?"
And today, we're parsing his statement like it was from Obama, trying to figure out what he REALLY means.
My best guess is that the games will get delivered when they get delivered and not a minute-ish sooner.

An op that never changes a rubber is NOT going to spend $300 and a day's labor to repair a cabinet and apply a set of decals when it's time to sell.

We could do a poll and see who has ever bought a game from an operator that had new decals on it, though. Except I don't know how to set up a poll.
