It is with great sadness that I will not purchase any NIB JJP titles in my lifetime due to the use of archaic hardware falling short of delivering expected results , lacking software system controls for afore mentioned and a horrendous customer experience in general.

To be fair the Australian distributor did the best he could with limited resources he has and the lacking support from JJP.

Eric Meunier came across as a cool dude and always willing to help.

Eric and Steve are both awesome designers, It must really suck for them not having the back end support with engineering and code.

Finally JJP, Fix your customer service and you might have half a chance in the tough times ahead.
