JJP GNR missing high sounds

I'm working on a client's JJP GNR which is missing all the high sounds. Low and MID work just fine. Tweeters are hooked up, and I do hear mids playing from the tweeters.

In test mode, there is no audio from L or R HIGH. All other audio is just fine.

Any settings changed in the menu for sound ?

I did see some audio settings, but nothing I saw looked promising. Nothing I saw would specifically turn off the high sounds.
