Hello, is there any adjustments possible to the skill shot ball catch so it doesn’t drop the ball straight down the middle? The rubber part that is blue in the photo seems to be sticking up not flush. Recent tech replaced the silicone bands. Maybe that required moving this piece or maybe the blue part is a generic replacement to an original that may have been flatter?

Haven't seen this problem before. Maybe the pitch of the machine could use some adjustments?
You might get better answers or suggestions on the GNR owner's club thread.

Mine dribbles to the right flipper. Something else is definitely going on.

You can loosen the 2 nuts on the gate and adjust it slightly left or right. If that doesn't help I would look at your pitch and level.

I played with all kinds of adjustments to prevent SDTM from the skillshot. In the end, I found a nicely placed small piece of drop dead ball foam at the exit did the trick. You can probably use some other form of adhesive to slow the ball just enough to place it on the right flipper.

Check your level side to side and pitch.

I did something similar with a clear cabinet door bumper. No more sdtm.
