Hi all - I saw a post that you had 7 days to register with JJP. Can anyone speak to this? 7 days from when? What if you bought the machine from someone other than JJP? Thanks in advance!

I've seen a few cut flipper rubbers. Noob question but are all flipper rubbers the same size? Do you recommend any particular spares for the CE?

TIA,
Tom

Quoted from adrock:

It’s not as cool as what mt45 did, but I too wasn’t super happy with the soundbar audio out of the box. I felt like it needed an EQ more than anything, and I wanted to give it a try with the stock speakers and amp, since I really don’t know their quality (good or bad). So I added just the preamp and kept the rest. I found one on Amazon for $50 that has bass and treble adjustments, and 3.5mm in and out so you can just install it in series up at the top ahead of the soundbar. I’m happy with the sound now. I’m sure it’s not as killer as the Klipsch setup (my personal home theater is Klipsch all the way) but it is a notable upgrade over stock. This could be considered as a simpler and cheaper ($50), but not as substantial, upgrade.

Did you need any other cables with it, assuming you also installed the noise isolator?

Quoted from twenty84:

I don't think anyone has been able to install 1.17 over wifi. Router protocol issues and home network signal levels seem unlikely to be the problem.

I set my machine up today it was on 1.12 and updated to 1.17 over wifi with no issue.

This may be a dumb question but, where do the extra plastics go? I have a few plastics and no mention in the setup guide. Anyone know?

I have Serial 234 plaque 286.

TIA,
Tom

Quoted from LTG:

Can you post a picture ? Then we'd know where or if they are for key chains.
LTG : )

They’re way too big for key chains! I’ll take some pictures tomorrow morning. You’re the man, LTG. Or woman. Lol

Quoted from Furio:

Number 17 has arrived, pending some heavy lifters to get up 17 stairs and a wicked U turn. Should have it up and running by 7pm this evening and am expecting an evening of gaming and rock shows. Ordered the Art of Pinball shooter rod and speaker set for this one. Not sure what else will be needed other than some cliffy's.

I'd say I feel for you but I have like 36 steps and 45 turns. I don't have a basement, the game room is on the top floor! but, it made it.....

Quoted from Galooch:

It should cycle through in attract mode to show you the pictures with Slash. I’m not sure if the other ones appear anywhere (the pic of you in the logo while entering your name).

Flippers when not in a game. My kids cycle through them.

Quoted from Galooch:

Just checked by chance and saw them available. Just ordered! Excited for these as I’m just starting to get pretty good at this game and games are lasting longer! Thanks for all your research and for providing a great solution vireland!

Me too.

Quoted from TaTa:

I requested that number to match my TMNTLE. But if I sell it, I'll be more than happy to swap numbers with you. So far, no problems with the game. Did though have to increase the flipper strength and it was shipped with code 1.16. Going to try updating it today.

Sounds good, Thank you!

Of course. It can't find any wifi network to connect to even though every other device in the house can.

Did you put the adapter back in?
