Per the BOL, and that I didn't request a number when my deposit was taken back in Oct, ordered directly from JJP on opening day at 7PM EST, I will have 330 in my possession next week.

Same issue with mine upon arrival. Ken was super helpful and sent out 2 new trough boards that day. It was the inner one in the end that needed replacement.
