I can't get over how beautifully they implemented that sparkle so perfectly! I gotta keep on wiping off my phone because I can't stop drooling over it
Quoted from meSz:Keep coming back as it's good to follow those unboxing their machines. They will provide any issues or helpful stuff that will benefit you once you get your machine. If you decide not to follow till you get your game, once you come back there will be hundreds of post. If you're like me you wont read back through all of them so you could miss out on some helpful info!
I think I can just stay away from videos that’s good enough
Congrats on being the first documented CE in the wild. (well in private captivity that is). Now go enjoy that sucker!!!!
The side decals shine so much i can the the Iron Maiden behind it in its reflection.
Quoted from PeterG:Yes no pooling but they use huge washers!! So that is the solution?

Probably a preventive measure.....play field looks pristine
Those clear washers are only on the slings, most of the other posts use metal washers or no washers at all. Not sure how they made the decision, but I do that same stuff to my other games so I'm happy its already done for me!
Quoted from PtownPin:Probably a preventive measure.....play field looks pristine
But with those washers on it you can not see what is happing below there. I can understand they provide them as addition, but if the playfield issues are solved, you could decide yourself if you want them up there.
Hope to see more unboxing coming days......one swallow doesn't make a summer
I understand all are anxious to get their game but we have to stay focussed on the quality. Certainly at these prices.
Quoted from PeterG:.one swallow doesn't make a summer
I use to know a girl years ago and this was her motto
Good God damn, that is the sexiest pinball machine I have ever seen in my 45 years of collecting and playing!
I started young!

In my experience washers won't hide pooling. If the clear is soft it eventually pools around the washers as well.

Where did you get the photo from? That does not look like a CE, looks like an old photo.

It's 100% this is a CE you can tell by the sparkle
Quoted from Vitty:It’s herrrrrre!!![quoted image]
You suck....LOL. Congratulations!!!!
wow!! simply gorgeous!! Huge congrats! Cant wait to see the light show in action on a stream sooner or later!
While it pains me to keep waiting for my LE, they made the right call to switch the line and get you guys CE's rolling. What an amazing package!!

Not a fan of those big washers. Game looks great !!!!

The guy just unboxed it in this thread

Thanks! That is something that I did not really want to see.

Why? I don’t know why that would bother anyone. If it pools and cracks beyond the washers, then that is a different story.
Btw, the washers aren’t loose. They somewhat adhered them into the playfield/coat.
As for the game and pics....simply magnificent. The best pinball ever created, just got better.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully JJP are over all the pooling and chipping issues. A little pooling and chipping does not bother me.
I agree, this is one of the best looking games ever made. Congratulations to all the new owners.
Quoted from magickeys:What are the dimensions including the pallet?
From my bill of lading, they are 37x38x61 inches. Not sure if that includes the pallet.

The sparkle in the Rose is fckin awesome!
Would you mind measuring the height of the Topper using the highest point?
My CE showed up at my dock today. I'm tied up tomorrow, so I can't move it to my house until Wednesday...

8.5ins.
I am so jealous!! Had that CE in my cart at JJP and waited til the next morning to decide...and then it was sold out!! I’m kicking myself even more now. Congratulations to all of you lucky CE owners! Can’t wait to ogle more of your unboxing pics!
Quoted from PtownPin:Nice....was the topper packed separately ?
Both pieces of the topper (speaker + acrylic) are packed inside that cardboard box attached to the top of the folded down head. The same way wonka CE was packed if you are familiar.
Quoted from magickeys:What are the dimensions including the pallet?
37x38x61 give or take an inch where the pallet is a few inches wider than the box
Quoted from Skyemont:The 6 wanted ads for the GNRCE must not be serious.
[quoted image]
They're serious but they're also not folks that dont want to pay an absorbent amount for a machine that will be selling for a lot less in the near future. I had an offer of 17 for mine that was rebuked pretty quick as he found one cheaper. So there's deals going on that's not posted on Pinside

Thanks....yep very familiar
Amazing photos. It's making the wait even worse!
Please post a video of the light show. I'm curious to see how they used the undercab and behind the backbox lights. I'm hoping they're not just a replica of the hotrail lights and are used independently.
