They seem to be alternating widebodies and narrowbodies. So that would mean narrow-body Toy Story is next, seeing as the original leak was right about DI and POTC and also mentioned Toy Story and the Muppets.

I just wanted to be the first to ask what the next game was, an hour before game four was officially announced. Although the truth is, I am probably not the first to ask....
I think that speculation about the next game is kind of a thing that the pinball community likes to do.

It's gotta be Toy Story at this point since it was leaked when Dialed In! and POTC were originally leaked by the same person. We might as well just call this a Toy Story anticipation thread and start the JJP#6 speculation thread. Then again - the movie isn't being released until June 21, 2019, so that's a long time from now. Maybe another Lawlor original will become JJP#5 to fill the void and get us an announcement and release before the end of next year and bump Toy Story to #6?

I know the plan for JJP ultimately is 2 games per year, so I wonder if the announcement for #5 will be sooner than later. I guess it will all ride on whether Pirates is delivered Q1 as they hope. Then likely announcement for #5 in Q2.
BTW, Ted is a REALLY good dude! Had a nice little chat with him about Dialed In. Says his latest update will put it at 90% complete and now has a mini-wizard mode (think "Melt the Witch" on WoZ). Listening to him speak about the game was very satisfying. You can tell he is very proud of it, which makes me even more excited for game #5!

I thought it was more of a gentle jab at GoT since it's similar in execution. He mentions JJPOTC being quite balanced for all the options you have and missions the game selects... whereas many only play 1-2 houses in GoT for big points.

If we're following a pattern it was 2 wide, 1 narrow.... Pirates is wide, so next one will be another wide #2

This is exactly what i thought right after seeing the JJP PotC reveal. First, wonder at how unbelievably great a JJP GoT would be, followed immediately by disappointment because i know it won't ever happen.
Sure, the Stern GoT plays well enough, but as a huge fan of the books and show, i was pretty disappointed overall because it didn't feel much at all like the GoT world to me. Much like the first PotC, it just felt a bit phoned in. After that let down, i started thinking maybe I'd just been expected too much, but then JJP shows it can be done, which is (oddly) even more frustrating.
