Jack has made two great games thus far and #3 will probably be another but I just cant see this being delivered by Spring when people that ordered the Hobbit in 2013 are still waiting on machines!

Totally agree, I have WOZ with a Hobbit coming... Like you I ordered it when it was announced.
I do think JJP #3 will be quicker out of the blocks but it will not be with me until Christmas 2018!
