I am still waiting for my hobbit (ordered 2012 and fully payed), so even if JJP3 will be the best game ever....I would be stupid to order one!

In this specific case, the only fact that is sure is that we still wait for our games. It doesn't matter anymore for me if it's the fault of the official JJP distributor or direct JJPs fault. I have enough of these kindergarten games, I payed and still haven't got my game delivered, so I blame both!

As I payed my Hobbit years ago I put me on the "ordered" list here on pinside, and I wrote that I payed in full. Jack contacted me in an email and asked how much I payed so far and how the exact business plan with the distributor was. I told him everything. I can only asume that the distributor did hold the money back and didn't gave it to JJP, but I don't know for sure why Jack contacted me then. But all that asking got me worried, so I asked back if something is wrong with the whole deal. I had other offers to that time from not official distributors to get the game for the same prize. The answer that Jack gave me was that my distributor were the only official JJP distributor (that changed ofer time) here in europe and that I should not worry, everything were alright and I will get my game.
So for me it doesn't matter anymore if it is the fault of the distributor or JJPs. I am so tired that one blames the other all I know is that I have to still wait for my game and they are going to offer the next game before I got mine.
