Jersey Jack, 2020Got my first JJP machine in December, G-n-R. I had to “jump start” it from day one and have had to do so three times since. JJP support wants me to change the battery, but I am now getting a Bios settings screen and I need to hook up a keyboard to proceed. Where do I do that? Any other options?

Any available USB port on the motherboard's I/O shield.
As per another thread, you may also need to go into the BIOS settings and change a power setting, but JJP support would be able to tell you what you need to do.
