I am just super pumped to see what Eric has come up with!
he is a super nice guy, the better looking of the brothers , a great player (also the better player of the brothers ), and has a great knack for the mechanical/electrical side of pinball.
The whole family grew up with pinball and still work in it today (honestly the blue collar and hard working story of real pinball if you ask me).
Toss on top of all this that he has be tutored by the cemented best designer in all of pinball ever (yes, Pat cemented that with DI) and Pat has even said that Eric is a big part of the reason DI turned out so solid.
I honestly just am hoping the theme is something that really let Eric shine!
Sorry, not reading The last 20 pages to catch up.
Just stopping in to say the game is FUN and shoots great. Really well done Eric!
Looking forward to a few more games today. I woke up early to snak in and play some more
Where you at so I can learn mor eof the ruleset...
Congrats!
Quoted from jgentry:You win dumbest argument of the day.
Seems to like to setthe bar higher and higher each day. Lol
Quoted from KevInBuffalo:Joe and Keith showed off a new match sequence on today's stream, and I grabbed a clip. Check it!

needs a separate "fail" or "win" callout for each character.
will make the match sequence fun and hopefully funny to watch love me some comedy in pinball
I have about 20 games on the pre-production POTC that has been on route in Madison and all I can say is WOW!
Most important to me is layout/shots and this game is super duper fun to shoot!
Next for me is code/immersion and again this is very impressive! I have to be honest that most JJP games are not intuitive, lack enough callouts for me, and I struggle with a desire to even learn the ruleset. POTC is different. My wife I had a handful of games spotting for each other and quickly already grasp the basics of the game. The modes seem to actually feel different due to flow of shots, light show, and general 'feel' they make on each character, mode, mb, etc...
I really walked in thinking "meh" for the theme and that I was not going to like the game.
Reality was that both the wife and I are looking forward to how the game develops, playing production models once out, and possibly even adding one to the home collection.
JJP has got a solid winner after the first impression.
Anyone going to TPF should take your headphone so you can plug in and hear stuff!
I for one and very happy that they take the time to build multiple prototypes that go on route, to shows, and in general gte the crap beat out of them so they can then redesign mechs and make things more robust for the actual production games.
JJP is doing it right compared to some others that are shipping crap with all sorts of issues.
