Quoted from Pimp77:

Is this true??? No voices from the movies allowed? That's a REAL problem on a $9500 game IMO...especially one with tons of "chapters"/modes. How the eff are they going to sound unique and how will the video clips work without sound??? Can't be true, right?

It worked for Stern's version ......

I played JJP's game the last two days it works just fine. They hired the Gibbs character for tons and tons of speech callouts what's in it so far I really like and it was a wise decision.

Similar to the Alien license in that game you play as Ripley on Pirates you are playing as Jack Sparrow.

There are movie clips on the LCD screen Just none with the actual characters in the live-action motion with face recognition. So what you get are body shots of people running with the chest or tumbling down a hill or the ship moving across the screen or the skeletons in the boat that kind of stuff, one was really cool was the black spot mode where the hand gets held up in the air in the black spot starts to spread on his hand .

There are also many, many other custom made animations by Jean Paul that are fantastic the game is coming along quite well .

So did anyone make that cannon shot during expo? What does that shot do exactly?

I did yes.
You load the cannon in the upper left trap door of the mini Playfield and once the Playfield levels out you hit the action button and it shoots the ships hull toy on the left upper corner. It is quite fun to achieve.

Quoted from pinballophobe:

I personally don’t even think you matter in the equation. Just like how I don’t matter in the equation because I’m not buying the game.
Point is 200 ppl will ante up for the C.E. and it will sell out. that’s all that matters to JJP.
When JJP just had woz. They needed to sell that machine to keep the line going.
Since they have 4 machines to sell. They can price the SE and LE higher because their target audience is larger buying all 4 titles and so thier production line is always actively busy and going

160 CE were sold by Sat night.

I had all the right shots lit and stacked multiballs here in this vid,

Quoted from iceman44:

that would be
Iron Maiden
Dead Pool or Pulp Fiction?
Monster Bash
Alice Cooper
Plus Alien shipping in quantity
That's a lot of $$$ sucked out of the pool, unless people actually follow through on not buying Stern Nib

Unless something has changed from the Texas Pinball festival in March Pulp Fiction is not happening, the Miramax license holders are dicks.

Quoted from WODKA:

Whoa! I'm amazed of how good the animations look.. If you compare them with what Stern's been doing so far it's like day and night.

Another video I took.

This is the stacked multiball video.
