JAWS Widebody please...
Just pay the license. Just pay the royalties to families and living.
Richard Dreyfuss still alive, pay him for all callouts.

I wanted Harry Potter last year.
I want Harry Potter this year, and I'm going to want Harry Potter next year.
Let's just do it, pay the licensing.

Who says Pirates, has to be Disney? I hope its all original pirate theme and has nothing to do with Disney. If it does, might be good to. I couldnt of been more let down by a cell phone game last year. But, its a damn fun good game.

Quoted from jonesjb:

Seriously though. Why are people hoping for or expecting Jaws? Sure it could be a great pin and theme, but I can think of 100+ themes from the 70's - 80's with similar nostalgic appeal, but with a much better pinball fit. No disrespect intended... it just seems random, and am wondering where the impetus is coming from?

Here's a 70's theme. Wireforms and all.

Quoted from o-din:

That's the Revolution! Love that ride....

I remember my Mom taking my sister and I to see this. I was so freaked out by the ending. I think it still bothers me. Magic mountain in the 70's was amazing.

Quoted from daudioguy:

Yes, I've been working like a madman on JJP#4. See you at Expo.

Can you give us a hint? Some nugget, pieces of 8, a toy by chance?

#1140 6 years ago
Quoted from o-din:

Remember when they only had three rollercoasters? Revolution, Gold Rusher, and the Mountain Express? It still seemed more fun than Disneyland at the time.

I do- Remember the spinning barrel with rubber spikes that would come up? And what a big deal when Colossus was built.

Quoted from arcademojo:

And how many pinball machines does it take to make a ton????

8

#1219 6 years ago

Heres Hoping its Harry Potter!

How will this thread explode in 8 1/2 hours?
How many threads started to complain or praise?
Can we just rename this one and keep it here?
With an Eric designing it, I know ill like it.

What is this Radcal anyway???

#3028 6 years ago
Quoted from Pinballomatic:

It’s a thicker glossier decal all jjp games have them as an option other than ECLE WOZ which was direct printed cabinets. The other jjp games have decals and the radcal option

Thank you very much..
So, is the Radcal worth the price?

Gibbs voice is similar to the wizard in Oz. Instructional call outs. The chapters are similar to the modes in Hobbit. This game is amazing. Production is coming along as they refine the hardware. Cant rush perfection.

Gang....Pinball takes time. You would be really pissed if your NIB doesn't work when it arrives. A lot going on in this machine and a ton of programming. I recently spent some time with Jack and he made no promises, both in his Q&A lecture, and when I had a private talk with him on some other things. I also spent some time on one of the prototype Pirate's going to show's nation wide. They are making constant improvements. This game is a Home run, I'm fine with Christmas. I really just want to open and play, not deal with getting mailed parts to improve machine.
It's coming, Patience.

Quoted from Coz:

JJP should have an official comment about this spinning discs issue. I see a lot of upset potential buyers canceling preorders. Is this all some kind of joke??

Not a joke. But Jack needs to make a statement on homepage soon, this is getting out of hand and everyone is storming the castle with pitch forks.
