Thankfully I saw what was coming and sold most of my collection in the early to mid 1980's for great money. Today you can't get 1/2 of what that stuff was bringing 40 years ago (without considering adjustments for inflation). I predict pinball prices will be doing the same thing sometime in the next 3 to 5 years!
As long as there are fools willing to pay the price companies will keep increasing their prices but at some point the bubble will pop. It is just a matter of how soon - not a matter of if it will happen.
