Bought 2 brand new pins NIB from pinball company Starwars LE & Hobbit LE. Both came last week and the stern was in perfect condition and is a great game. The Hobbit came with a back box that does not line up with the cabinet, I could barley lock it in place, a left rail that does not line up as seen in these photos. I put the right rail photo in also so people could see the difference. There is also about 8 different chips in the cabinet and various scratches on the NIB Pin. I don't know how the mechanical or electrical is because I did not want to turn it on and get blamed for something, but I have heard plenty looking at these forums. I talked to Frank at Jersey Jack and he said they would give me 200 dollars to replace the shooter. Are you kidding me. I paid 8500 for a new pin and they tell me this is common for a new pin and they will not replace it. At least the Pinball company has agreed to take the pin back and refund my money in full. JJP should have replaced this pin with a new one that is "NEW". It is too bad because the PIN would be awesome but the customer serivice at JPP is terrible. I thank them for the competition they brought to the market to force Stern to get better with the technology but JJP is going to have to do more that that to stay afloat when they treat customers like this. I had slated money to buy another pin but will I wait for Stern to come up with something like the Star Wars pin or JJP to step up to the plate and make good on the damaged pin I got from them.
