This is awesome. He proved the concept now they have capital so they can grow. Excellent for pinball and congrats to jjp.

#266 10 years ago
Quoted from beelzeboob:

It would NOT be okay for JJP to produce two machines a year unless one of them was sucky and didn't appeal to me. I only have a limited amount of cash (like most normal people) to devote to pinball.

Agreed!

Hey RD now that you are a socialist and all time to distribute the pins. We will send you a list of the ones the party wants for liberation to the people of Wellington.

Sincerely,
Pinball liberation front

To be fair only fataussiebogan is an Australian. Dave and I are Kiwis. The aussies stole our flag.

#302 10 years ago
Quoted from jayhawkai:

I will side with you Kiwis because I love Flight of the Conchords.

Wise man!

#303 10 years ago

Actually we live in Kansas. Just pretending... Now you busted us.

#307 10 years ago
Quoted from PEN:

Are their many pinball in the pubs where you live? ....not Kansas.

No not really lots of pubs but none that have pins in them. There are a few out there in the wild but they tend to be in strange places. For example, a burger king here has a Metallica.

#310 10 years ago
Quoted from PEN:

That is strange. Who wants to hang out at Burger King?

Exactly although it used to be a block from where I worked and I admit I did head over and play it a few times when things were quiet. Always felt strange going in there in a suit and playing pinball though... Did not stop me though

RD

Quoted from rotordave:Yeah man. Time to give away all the real estate and the 100 plus pins. I'll really miss my Lexus ISF and all the rotaries but thems the breaks. I look good in a kaftan too.
And I just bought that new apartment in the city last month! What was I thinking.
rd.

The committee is grateful for your generosity. Post all the ownership documents made out to me and I will look after everything for the party. It will be one hell of a party too!

#325 10 years ago
Quoted from rotordave:

Can the committee afford all the trucks to move the bloody things?
Nick and I did about 10 truckloads when we moved ... And that was only 60 ...
rd.

Good point. Thanks for offering to shout it!
