Old topic but I want to add something to the discussion
If you managed to finish Jericho then 2X scoring is unlimited during the rest of the ball. On old software (1.4) I started DoD in the same ball and and finished immediately getting a 100.000.000. This score hardly fitted into the display.
In the most recent software version 1.6 the max is only 70.000.000 for finishing DoD
