I have been watching with my wife and daughter the last few weeks. They already had heard James lost and managed not to spoil it for me! It was a good run, and being a gambler it seemed James knew he had to lose at some point and was OK with it. I think he just ran into some bad timing with daily doubles this time and against some good competition.
Did any of you see Emma yesterday? She seemed very annoyed that Alex kept bringing up James, asking her if she was imtimidated, whether she thought she had a chance, etc.
She basically eye rolled Alex when he said she had learned from James when she did a Daily Double and risked all 12k.

Yes, we caught that too. It was awkward how he kept bringing James up and even mentioned the woman that beat Ken only lasted 1 game.
