I recommend checking fuses first ( continuity check with a fluke). Second loose wires at the connector. Then you need to verify you are getting power out of the pin connector. Next is there a connector under neath the play field that is disconnected some times they are un plugged because people unplug them yo do maintenance) ? I had a similar problem on a WW back glass GI. It turned out there was a problem at the board out put connector. The one next to it was a spare and I used it instead. good hunting
